This module covers the importance of ethical behaviour and professionalism in the workplace and the consequences of acting unethically. Roles, rights and responsibilities of individuals in the workplace are discussed, including job descriptions, employment contracts and SA Labour legislation. You will learn how to Identify opportunities for personal growth, as well as understanding your own contribution to your advancement within the workplace, your career path and your training needs.
